What is Qooco's refund policy

We offer full refunds within 14 days of payment.

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept Paypal. We process all credit cards through Paypal, but you do not need a Paypal account to sign up.

Qooco's teachers are all native Mandarin speakers located in Beijing, China. All of our teachers are college graduates and have degrees in either Chinese instruction as a second language or English.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. Qooco is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again. If you would like, Qooco does offer 3 and 6 month subscriptions. Longer subscriptions offer a discount on the per month price. For more information, email class@qooco.com

 

What web browsers work with Qooco?

Currently, Qooco's lesson client only works with internet explorer and firefox. However, you can still participate in VoIP lessons using any other browser
